For a fully refundable fee we can meet you on site, explore your ideas and produce a series of design drawings to exceed UK building standards.

planning permission
We advise that you obtain written planning permission from your local Planning Authority before the build starts. Getting permissions saves an immense amount of time and trouble later, even if it takes a little more time and effort to start with.
